Frequently Asked Questions

Boudoir photography is an intimate photo session for any woman wishing to create a set of photos showing off her feminine beauty and body shape in any kind of style she likes.

Couture portraiture is a more glamorous style of photo session during which you will not need to wear lingerie but still be pampered, and feel beautiful and empowered. Together we will style your shoot and create a collection of images that will bring out your inner goddess.

I will photograph you at a location of your choice, although for a fresh luxury experience I always recommend shooting at a hotel or similar. I  use mostly natural light so a window is all I need. If you are located outside of London, I would be happy to travel to you, although travel fees would apply.

Once your session is booked we will chat and I’ll give you loads of information for the shoot & my suggestions on outfits & props. I also have a list of lingerie shops and designers that I love and that you can use to get started with ideas.

Sessions last around 4 hours including hair and makeup

Yes I do. To book a session and reserve your date I require 50% deposit, the balance will be due one week prior to your date.

Definitely! Gift certificates make a great gift for your partner, wife, sister, girlfriend or bestfriend.

Of course! I also offer a range of collections and you will the receive the digital version of every print you invest in.

Yes definitely!  You are welcome to bring your best friend or sister, or bring them both. You can even turn the session into a fab girls day out, or a unique hen do.

I strongly believe that having your hair and makeup done is an integral part of your experience. Professional dry hair styling and makeup is available as an add on to any session. So all you have to do is relax with a glass of bubbly, and enjoy being pampered! However it is absolutely fine if you would like to do your own.

Don’t worry most people don’t, I will use my experience working with models and non-models to help ease you into poses that will flatter you and have visual references like a look book on hand to help the process. I also recommend that you bring some of your favourite music on your ipod or phone to get you in the mood.

Yes.  You need to be at least 18 years old for a boudoir shoot. Couture style portrait sessions are more suitable if you are under 18 years old. Once a session is scheduled you will be sent an email with a portrait agreement that needs to be signed & returned to the studio prior to the session. A 50% deposit is also required to hold to booking.

Permission is always asked to use images from a session on my website, ads or in the studio, so your privacy is guaranteed. A model release will only be signed at the time your permission is granted.

Upon completion of your session, we will sign a binding discretionary statement that guarantees your images remain for your eyes only.

After The Shoot

I like to do an in-person reveal within 14 days of the shoot date, so that we can pick your final images for editing.
